elements and provide constant information (through a secure
link) back to the secure Absolute Analysis Service Portal.
Access to this information is
available to Absolute Analysis Technical support personnel only.
Any discrepancy in normal behavior is immediately alerted to one
of the technicians and a ticket automatically generated.
Our customer's can track their own Ticket status via our service
portal 24x7.
Status Reporting Absolute Analysis
provides a regular status report on its customers
